Universal BBQ Rub
Ingredient List:Directions:
- 1/2 c granulated cane sugar
- 1/2 c packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 c Sea Salt
- 1/2 c Hungarian Paprika
- 1/4 c Celery Salt
- 1/4 c Garlic Salt
- 2 TBSP freshly ground black pepper
- 1 TBSP Ft. Worth Light Chile blend from Pendery's
- 1 TBSP Texas Red from Gunpowder Foods
- 1 TBSP Colemans Mustard Powder
- 2 TSP Rubbed Sage
- 2 TSP Dried Basil Leaves
- 2 TSP Dried Parsley Flakes
- 1 TSP Horseradish Powder
- 1 TSP Thyme
- 1/2 TSP Cinnamon
- 1/2 TSP Tumeric
Combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
