    please forgive the camera work i dont know why the pics were so blurry maybe batteries needed charging or something it is my nephews camera i borrowed it from him.first i thawed some grilled chicken breast i had the other day,then sliced and chuncked it,added monterey jack and wrapped in bacon.


    sliced and ready




    plated with fettucine alfredo.




    tasted great i cooked on the 56 dollar smoker i went to get in kansas a couple weeks ago...used hickory chunks and grapevine roots.

    orange and blue smoke:GO GATORS

    Looks very fine. I have almost seen enough fatties to attempt one. Your look excellent even a little blurry.
