Talking Hello from Ocean Springs, MS

Hello fellow que'rs. My name is Lynn and I hail from Ocean Springs, MS. I am one of the founding members of Up In Smoke BBQ Team out of Ocean Springs, and if you have ever been to a competition and there have been a loud bunch of beer drinking southern boys with a pit that looks like a stealth bomber and wearing bright lime green shirts and sitting next to a big bright lime green trailer than we were there also. We do it for the fun of it as well as competeing against some of the best in the world of Que to see where we stand. We enjoy meeting other teams as well as getting to hang out with some of our old friends we have met along the way. We have been a team for almost 6 years now and have just really started competeing on a serious level, before it was more about the beer trophy instead of the "Grand Cahmpion" trophy. I am looking forward to meeting all of you on here, and getting familiar with the Pickled Pig!!!!

    Thanks
    Lynn
