found this forum while searching for a good brisket injection recipe, and instead found the whole shabang in the thread i commented in for my first post.
might be from the northeast, but i know good bbq, and we dont have any! (yet!)
maybe if i spend some time here and learn a few things, that could change.

Welcome Gov. I lived in New Hope Pa for a year (my wife is from there) and worked in Philly. Had a real difficult time finding a good BBQ place. A high school friend of her's is opening a BBQ joint in New Hope next month called Bitter Bob's BBQ. Looking forward to making it up your direction and checking it out some time soon.
