    Default Thousand Island Dressing Recipe

Thousand Island dressing is favorite for topping salads and burgers, and makes a great dipping sauce for vegetables and wings. This simple recipe can be made relatively quickly and easily and will impress your guests. It is really a lot better than anything you get out of a bottle.

    Ingredients
    • 4 C (32 OZ) Mayonnaise
    • 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
    • 7 OZ chili sauce
    • 4 OZ pickle relish
    • 2 TBSP minced onion
    • 2 OZ chopped fine pimento (optional)
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Chill before serving.

Freshly mixed Thousand Island with paprika sprinkled for garnish

Served on top of a garden salad

There is room for all Gods creatures, right next to the potato salad and the cole slaw.
