I envy you all in Australia. Lamb is so expensive around here. And this is "Farm Country!" Hope you get results!:)

I've done it a couple of times - treat them just like spares, but different seasonings.

We did 300 Colorado raised Lamb Rib Chops at a Super Bowl party this year. We also did some Australian and New Zealand Chops too. They were nasty compared to the Colorado chops. We seasoned them simply with salt, black pepper, and oregano and grilled them over charcoal for a good outside seer and they were med. rare inside.

    Very nice River City!

Your photos are awesome. I still drool over your seafood pic from the throwdown at the Brethren.

There is room for all Gods creatures, right next to the potato salad and the cole slaw.

Thanks but I have to give all the credit to my wife . She is the photographer, and a excellent one at that.
These lamb chops were to die for! I have been craving them now for the last three days! You can't get them around here either. They are so much different that all the ones you see in the stores. We did a tasting of all the brands from RD and Sam's Club. Absolutely NO COMPARISON!
