Peanut Butter Fudge

My daughter-in-law Stephanie shared this with me Christmas 09 and I made several batches before the season was over. For those that love peanut butter, this rocks:

Ingredients:

2 c sugar
1/2 c milk
7 oz marshmellow cream
8 oz creamy peanut butter
1 t vanilla

Instructions:

Combine sugar and milk in medium saucepan.
Place over medium-high heat
Bring to a boil
Boil for 3 minutes
Remove from heat
Add all other ingredients
Stir quickly til well blended
Pour into 9x9 pan sprayed with Pam/Crisco
Chill at least one hour.
Cut into squares
