Congrats on getting to the Jack!

I read your blog and saw where you may be coming through Memphis, and that you had concerns of securing meat in an unfamiliar area. I can tell you that there is a Whole Foods market in the heart of Memphis, and that is where i usually get my chicken. I would think they would also have access to quality salmon, if you choose to go that route. Good luck!

I've been to Tullahoma. There isn't much there, except to go take a tour or the Jack Daniel's Distillery.

Its funny that it is located in a Dry county. You can't buy it there! Go figure.

At least that's how it was about 20 years ago. Wow, I"m getting old.

If you can bring a hand truck with you, it will make hauling straw bales a lot easier, if it rains that is! Don't ask me how I know this-I just hope its clear skies and all calls for the Pickled Pig this year at the Jack!
