Default Sweet and Hot Rib Glaze

So I've been on the ultimate quest for the balance of sweet and heat for my rib glaze. Got in the kitchen played around with a few things I had in the fridge and came up with this.

    1/2 cup Head Country Original
    1/4 cup Apple juice
    2 tbsp clover honey
2 tbsp (more to taste) Buffalo Wild Wings Mango Habenero sauce
    2 tbsp Rib Tickler rub

This is a pretty thin mix but I think it will put a real nice glaze on some ribs. I'll post up some pics when I fire up the smoker next!

Something else you may want to try is substitute the Buffalo Wild Wing Mango Habanero for some of Texana's Best Mango Habanero Pepper Jelly from Texas Pepper Jelly. a couple of dollops of that in with the Head Country will send your taste buds to a whole nother planet. Sounds like you are off to a good start good luck on your ribs.
