There's a blair's Insanity Sauce that is supposedly so hot you use it by adding a drop at a time. I don't remember the exact name, but if you do some research on the insanity reserve sauces you'll find what i mean. You use so little of this stuff it doesn't affect flavor, just boots heat.

Cayenne pepper and Hot Stuff both add heat. Be careful with the Hot Stuff though, a very small amount goes a long way.

Paul - don't you think Cayenne would change the flavor profile?

A very tiny piece of the dreaded ghost pepper added to the sauce and simmered for 20 min is how I 'Git 'er Done"!
I never met a cow that I didn't like with a little salt and pepper.
