    Default Atomic Buffalo Turds

    Atomic Buffalo Turds

These are super-easy and they are fantastic. Just cut some jalepenos in half and scoop out the seeds. Add some cayenne pepper (to taste) to some pre-softened cream cheese and place it into the pepper. Top it with a lil' smokie and wrap in bacon. You can cook it at about any temp on the smoker. Once the bacon is done, they are ready to go. Make about twice as many as you think you'll need.

There is room for all Gods creatures, right next to the potato salad and the cole slaw.

I love me sum turds. I use the Herb cream cheese and roll my bacon in brown sugar.
Another variation is placing a crawfish tail or shrimp on top of the cheese.
Heck, it is bacon wrapped "something" ... bacon makes anything better.
I would eat my foot if it were wrapped in bacon!

This sounds like a fun dish to bring to family get togethers! Here is one of my all-time favs Weber Grills and Accessories - Recipes - great for the holidays! Molly (Weber)

BTW… check out our new video series “Weber Grill Master”. http://bit.ly/lPuH7 Grilling experts Jamie Purviance and Steven Raichlen compare notes on grilling techniques, what inspired these classically trained chefs to pursue the art of cooking with live fire, and find out what led to their biggest grilling mistakes.

I always do mine with leftover pork or brisket (point). People love them. Took them to our neighborhood Christmas party a few years ago but my wife made me call them something else. Didn't think the hoity-toity neighbors would appreciate the name. Actually after a few cocktails, they thought it was very humorous. LOL
