Want to try something new and different then take boiled eggs smoke them for a bit and then pickle them in a Noth Carolina vin. bbq sauce for several days. They are great.

Would any NC vinegar sauce work or is there a particular recipe that is best suited?

They will not wake you during the night. But be warned do not eat too many of them especially with a lot of beer or people will know you are there for sure. LOL
